After you close the home, you will finally have the opportunity to view the home while having a clear view of everything. This is because there will not be any furniture in the home and this is a great chance for you to do a more thorough inspection of the property.

Have a look at the walls and ceilings for any additional damage that may have been covered up previously and also take a look at any damage that the seller may have agreed to fix in the contract.
